Beginning Friday June 22 at 5:00 PM PDT through Sunday June 24 Crowd, Confluence, SLAC Forum, and JIRA will be unavailable for application upgrades and integration. The outages are scheduled as follows;

  • Crowd unavailable June 22 from 5:00 PM - 11:30 PM.
    • During this outage Crowd will be upgraded to version 2.4.2.
  • Confluence unavailable June 22 from 5:00 PM - 11:30 PM.
    • Unavailable during Crowd upgrade and thereafter to integrate with new Crowd version.
  • SLAC Forum will be unavailable for authenticated log ins June 22 from 5:00 PM - 11:30 PM.
    • Unavailable during Crowd Upgrade.

Confluence and SLAC Forum may be intermittently available but should be considered unavailable until the outage conclusion is announced.

  • JIRA unavailable June 22 from 5:00 PM through June 24 4:00 PM.
    • During this outage JIRA will be upgraded to version 4.4.5 and thereafter integrated with the new Crowd version.

The JIRA upgrade from version 3.13.5 requires a 4.2 and 4.3 upgrade before reaching 4.4.5. During each upgrade JIRA may be intermittently available but should be considered unavailable until the outage conclusion is announced.
