JIRA will be unavailable June 22, 2012 from 5:00 PM through June 24, 2012 4:00 PM. During this outage JIRA will be upgraded to version 4.4.5 and thereafter integrated with the new Crowd version.
The JIRA upgrade from version 3.13.5 requires a 4.2 and 4.3 upgrade before reaching 4.4.5. During each upgrade JIRA may be intermittently available but should be considered unavailable until the outage conclusion is announced.

Beginning Friday June 22 at 5:00 PM PDT through Sunday June 24 Crowd, Confluence, SLAC Forum, and JIRA will be unavailable for application upgrades and integration. The outages are scheduled as follows;
- Crowd unavailable June 22 from 5:00 PM - 11:30 PM.
- During this outage Crowd will be upgraded to version 2.4.2.
- Confluence unavailable June 22 from 5:00 PM - 11:30 PM.
- Unavailable during Crowd upgrade and thereafter to integrate with new Crowd version.
- SLAC Forum will be unavailable for authenticated log ins June 22 from 5:00 PM - 11:30 PM.
- Unavailable during Crowd Upgrade.
Confluence and SLAC Forum may be intermittently available but should be considered unavailable until the outage conclusion is announced.

Crowd, Confluence and JIRA will be unavailable Wednesday June 13, 2012.
- Crowd and JIRA from 6:00 PM - 7 PM PDT.
- Confluence from 6:00 PM - 9 PM PDT.
During the outage all application and database servers used by these applications will be rebooted in order to load a new kernel which addresses security vulnerabilities. The outage for Confluence will be extended so Apps-Admin can perform system administration maintenance work. Confluence will be intermittently available and should be considered unavailable.
