JIRA will be unavailable June 22, 2012 from 5:00 PM through June 24, 2012 4:00 PM. During this outage JIRA will be upgraded to version 4.4.5 and thereafter integrated with the new Crowd version.
The JIRA upgrade from version 3.13.5 requires a 4.2 and 4.3 upgrade before reaching 4.4.5. During each upgrade JIRA may be intermittently available but should be considered unavailable until the outage conclusion is announced.
