Blazars are the main targets for the present generation of Imaging Atmospheric Cherenkov Telescopes (IACTs)and will remain of great importance for very high-energy gamma-ray science in light of the future Cherenkov Telescope Array (CTA). Considering 10 years of Fermi mission, the aim of this study is to search for unclassified and, or misaligned blazars that can realistically observed by IACTs or CTA array and to propose possible observational strategies. Multiwavelength study of the TeV candidates will offer the opportunity to improve probing and pinpointing the high-energy emission process, relativistic jets mechanisms and  emission sites of their class of extragalactic objects.
