Critical that the "Run" trigger coming from controls evr have polarity
Pos with delay of 3.0849e-4 and non critical width of 1e-5 .
In ticks, the above delay is 36725.
N.B. the above was for the digital reset mode.  With analog reset
mode, Sven determined the required delay of 35500 ticks.  Width is
also non critical and 1e-5 is fine.  In seconds, this delay is 2.982e-4.

The DAQ TTL trigger must come after the run trigger and within 5e-4 of
it.
