N.B. Cspad numbers were determined in CXI and worked in XPP.

Cspad2x2	Pos	5.59092e-4	1e-5	Critical that the "Run" trigger coming from controls evr have polarity Pos with delay of 3.0849e-4 and non critical width of 1e-5 . In ticks, that the above delay is 36725.
Febo (normal)	Pos	7.715e-4	1e-6	For normal mode, trigger width not critical
