Confluence and JIRA will both be unavailable on Monday March 21, 2011 from 5 PM PDT to 5:45 PM PDT. During the outage all Linux servers (application and database) hosting Confluence and JIRA are being rebooted to pick up a new Linux kernel which addresses security vulnerabilities.
