QC Test Box XY Stages

This documents the set-up and the operation of the XY stages (one for the ring and the other for the stave) in the QC test box.

Set-up Overview
The stages are powered OpenBuilds 24V DC power supplies inside the QC test box. They are also connected via USB to the iMac (running Ubuntu) next to the QC text box and can be controlled by `OpenBuilds CONTROL` software.

Y: + is in, - is out. steps / mm = 57.14
