Testing new Xrootd versions

New xrootd release are first tested in a Fermi like environment before they are put into production. The Xrootd test setup is using the same
data servers (sulkies, wains) as are used for the production cluster but different redirectors. This means that on the data servers there are
two xrootd and cmsd daemons running. For the test version an instance name is used (-n option) and non default ports for the xrootd and cmsd to differentiate it from the production version.
The test redirector is also using an instance name but default port numbers so that one does not have to specify ports if using xrcp for example.

The ranger tools that automatically restarts xrootd or cmsd is checking for a process of the same name and it is not able to differentiate between
the xrootd/cmsd processes from the production and test version. Therefore the daemons were renamed for the test version to tstxrd and tstcms.
