Confluence and JIRA will all be unavailable on Saturday March 3, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM PST. During the outage apps-admin will make configuration changes to mitigate against application and memory problems which contributed to this weeks unscheduled outages.

Confluence and JIRA will be intermittently available and should be considered unavailable.
