We have had to do several battery updates on the eDrives over the years. When trying to do this ourselves, it hasn't worked well, so we have been sending the units back to CEO (along with the upgrade modules purchased previously) to have this done every time we have an eDrive failure.

Welch, Marc E. took a ton of pictures to try to recover system settings after getting the system back from them, and I have tried to reproduce them all below.
