- Move all RCEs and CIMs (MAC addresses 08:00:56:00:4x:xx) to the Foundry switch
- One vlan per "experiment"
- LSST/LBNE development

machines will have their eth1 IPs in one of these vlans - The rdsrv101 server will have its eth1 connected to the Foundry switch and be capable of accessing all its vlans
