I have managed to process this run with modified muonCalibTkr application from calibGenCAL package. The plot below shows the sum of the proton signal histograms of all crystals.

 Protons for each crystal are selected by extrapolating track from tracker. The protons are required to have cal hit multiplicity <= 2 in each layer and to enter the crystal through the top surface and exit it through the bottom surface.  Signal is path length corrected.
