Space for your scientific data or for output from your research or analysis is available in your Unix home directory (a relatively limited amount) or in shared storage space. Your experiment might have its own shared storage space or may be renting space from something like SLAC's Storage as a Service (StaaS). For data that is no longer active but cannot be deleted yet, your experiment might consider using lower cost tape storage.
