CAL Pedestal Monitoring

For this run, and all the runs analyzed, the pedestals and their widths were compared to the reference run from the cold TVac test at NRL in January 2008 (Run 077017046). This was done for the different energy ranges.

The plots below show the difference in pedestal distributions , and their widths, with respect to the reference run fpr the four pedestal ranges.

For this analysis, two sets of plots were generated:

1. For each run, the distribution of pedestal widths were plotted as a time series on a 2D histogram. Plots with "Distribution of Pedestal Widths:" show such plots.
2. For each run, the distribution of pedestals for that run were compared to those of the reference run. The resulting 44 historgams were drown as a time series in a 2D histogram. Plots with "Distribution of Pedestal Differnces: " show such plots.

 These histograms were created for the four different pedestal ranges, LEX8,LEX1,HEX8, and HEX1. In all of the histograms, the value on the x-axis represents the sequential number of the runs.
