All projects which directly affect ability to process and monitor data should go under CCB on March 16. Projects which are incidental or which are aimed primarily at collaboration science do not need to go under CCB control.

Note Development of DEV services can continue after March 16, including deployment of web applications to the tomcat03 development server. CCB approval will be needed to move to production.
