   1. Beamtime prep, Status:
      1. Burn test at -85V (Xavier) 
         • passed  the burn test
      2. Getting the detector running in DAQ; (Alex)
      3. Take some copper fluorescence data (Zongde)
      4. Setup insatllation at MFX beam dump table, And check the fibers connection to the server; 
         • Date: 26th Aug(Monday)?
         • Moving forward to the beam table: Wed (28th) or Thur (29th) if possible
      5. Physical setup to secure the camera;
         • Will discuss with Chris Koerber
      6. Checking we have the multitosingle mode converter box;
      7. Testing the timing scan and trigger rate setting script;
         • Timing scan tested.  
         • Intensity scan should be same as before.
      8. Setting up the pre-setup meeting (include TID);
         • Beamtime week
      9. Get the measurement plan
         • The week before the beamtime;
      10. Schedule the staffing;
      11. Ensure we have the needed support;
