  2. Analysis scripts
    1. need runs at MFX/RIX to test scripts properly, Alex to take that data
  3. Some concern about noise in the HR, based on what Philiph/Zongde have seen in single photon data 
  4. What we need to do and check during bedtime
    1. Pedestal scan:
      1. Check pedestal noise
      2. Check temperature stability – nominal temp and stability
    2. Linearity scan:
      1. Check switching point
      2. Check residuals
      3. Gain ratio between high/medium/low
    3. Flat field:
      1. SNR for single photon
  5. Analysis bookkeeping:
    1. Maybe shared slides to throw plots into and keep everyone update in realtime and to declutter slack
    2. If there's enough personnel on a shift, have someone take notes of discussions of what we're seeing
