IOC Name Change
Starting with version R1.0.6 of BunchLengthMonitor, the name sioc-li02-bl01 is used instead of vioc-li02-bl01.
Example: vioc-li02-bl01
$ hostname
cpu-b084-hp03
$ pwd
/afs/slac/g/lcls/epics/iocCommon/common
$ ./linuxRT_startup_vioc.sh vioc-li02-bl01

Starting vioc-li02-bl01
