I tried to fit GCR peaks by gaussian convolved with two exponential tails (I think this function is known in GRB science as Band function).
Carbon peak:
Nitrogen peak:
Oxygen peak:
Cartbon + nitrogen together (no additional background needed - only the peaks ovelap!)
