Welcome to the LSST Strong Lensing Science Collaboration wiki.
We are exploring the feasibility of a number of strong gravitational lensing science projects enabled by the LSST survey, and working on current datasets to help us develop the tools we will need to carry these out when the data arrive. The primary function of this website is therefore to provide the current version of the collaboration's science plan, and the technology being developed to support it: it's a dynamic draft of the strong lensing chapter of the LSST Science Book in wiki form, so that all of us can work on it together. The secondary function of this website is as a repository of useful materials (talks, technical notes, code, test data and so on) that all members can use.
Science
Brief descriptions of 10 key science projects, and links to sub-pages
Technology
The methods used for each science project, and the technology they require. This includes database queries, pixel-level operations and higher level analysis.
Resources
Useful links and so on for the strong lensing collaboration.
