  1. Consolidation of the Beamline Schedule (Marco, Ken, Stepan)
    1. The current baseline considers the HPS experiment installed inside the alcove downstream the CLAS12 experiment in Hall-B. This decision was taken after consultation with the JLAB management, but after the submission of the proposal in May'13. An addendum to the proposal (here) and an implementation plan (here) were developed to describe the feasibility as well as the impact on the schedule of both experiments. The old schedule as described in the proposal and presented at the DOE Review in July'13 is available V500 (here ). The preliminary closeout report (here)  has many comments along the line of the consolidation of the schedule for the installation of HPS in the alcove, in particularly of the beamline and its explicit integration with the JLAB 12GeV upgrade. The most important comments are summarized in this table at the end of this page (here).  We are required to consolidate of the baseline schedule for the beamline  especially  to monitor the real impact of the tasks toward the HPS installation in September'14, as well as the commissioning in October'14. A draft schedule of the full experiment available V600 (here) and an extract of the beamline only is available here.

  2. ECAL review preparation (Raphael, Stepan, Marco)
    1. The Review will be held on Thursday October 17. The Charge for the review has been finalized (here). The key points to be reviewed are the conceptual design readiness of the project and the impact of the new APDs on the schedule toward the installation in septenber'14. The review panel will be composed by Marco (chair), John, Stepan and two external reviewers. Raphael Dupre, as Project Leader of the ECAL project will act as link person in charge to prepare the agenda and make the documentation available to the panel few days before the review.
    2. The review panel has been finalized. Michel Garcon (Saclay) and Elton Smith (JLAB) have accpeted to participate as external members. Raphael Dupre is the link person to the ECAL project and he will provide to the Review panel  a draft list of talks by Oct.4 as well as the relevant documentations and the final talks by not late than Oct.11 COB.
