SVT&DAQ review preparation (Tim, Ryan, Marco)
The Review will be held on Thusday November 5. The Charge for the review has been finalized (here). The key points to be reviewed are the technical status of the project and the schedule toward the installation in Septenber'14. The review panel will be composed by Marco (chair), John, Stepan and four external reviewers. Tim and Ryan as Project Leaders of the SVT and SVT DAQ project respectively will act as link persons in charge to prepare the agenda and make the documentation available to the reviewers few days in advance. A draft list of talks is expected by Oct.29 while the relevant documentations and the final talks by  Nov.1st.

FY13 Budget endgame (Marco)
With the FY13 closing, it's a good opportunity to review the cost incurred and discuss if the spending projection for FY14 are still valid.

Software Schedule
The Software schedule needs to be integrated in the HPS Master Schedule and the tasks require to be linked to the sub-detectors developments. We need to define meaningful milestone that are key to track the progress of the project during its execution. (Maurik, Marco). Maurik's talk at the HPS Meeting 9/25/13
