Meetings are held via teleconference on Thursdays, 08:00 Pacific time (11:00 Eastern; 17:00 Europe) using the CalTech VRVSsystem. We do not use video.
Please test and adjust your microphone gain, and avoid an open mike, which may cause echoes. See the 'Rat' help. On Windows machines you must use the native Windows controls to set the volume. For further information be sure to have a look at the VRVS Etiquette page.
