10 Dec 2012 Richard M. - Lali is expecting something this week (according to my conversation with
her last week).  As you will have seen, I have asked Linda Price to do the
budget calculation.  I also believe that the abstract should include a few
sentences describing the work to be done and its likely benefits to
exascale science. (I don't think many people will read beyond the
abstract).

Richard suggests that Andy/Anders work with Linda Price on the budget sheets for
this proposal, adding travel and M&S at the/my standard rates (travel ~9%,
M&S ~2%) and adjusting the FTE fractions to come close to $150k/year

appendix (showing that we are not just saying, "give us the money and we will think of something to do with it")
