• subgroup-specific accounting (control of queue-specific priority formula) (really want)
• subgroup-specific administration (e.g. subgroup administrator btop, bkill privilege) (necessary)
• cross-queue fairshare (with cpu-time weight) (necessary)
• cpu reservations for MPI (necessary)
