This section contains notes on the cables between the NW side of target chamber and rack PR60.

Motor Control (IMS; 19-bin Burndy)

    • Routed over top of TC to near T5(beta)
    • Not connected in PR60 patch panel

    • Routed over top of TC to near T5(beta)

    • Direct to Flange D2c, FF D6 on NW side of TC
    • Not connected in PR60 patch panel
    • MICOS Y-encoder
  • MEC:TC1:MMS:25 / RS40 Rotation Stage
    • Routed over top of TC to T5(beta)/#4.
    • Not connected in PR60 patch panel
    • LN03122
  • CA-261-802-16 C01
    • Routed along bottom W side of TC to the South to near B7
    • Not connected in PR60 patch panel
    • One thick, three thin cables, grey.

    • Motor & Encoder, PPS-110-2x316/Stepper Motor (DB25)

    • Routed to NW side of target chamber
