The outage is canceled for tonight, since there is a newer Linux patch that will be deployed later this week.
We will schedule a new outage once this latest patch has been deployed by the Unix group.
There will be a 1 hour 30 minute outage of Confluence and JIRA on Wednesday Thursday June 1617, 2010 from 7:45 PM - 9:15 PM PDT. The MySQL version is being upgraded and all servers supporting Confluence and JIRA are being rebooted to pick up a new Linux kernel which addresses security vulnerabilities.
This outage had previously been scheduled for tonight but was postponed when UNIX-Admin announced that a second round of security fixes had been released Tuesday June 15.
