The information in this section pertains to the prototype ePixHR5Khz detector. This detector has been built using the v3 v2 of the ASIC, and consist of only one ASIC with a small sensor (48x48 pixel). The sensor is a standard Sinted sensor, meaning it does not have the thinner entrance window expected for the detector that is eventually deployed.
