Remaining issues:
- last grammar-correction from Leon going on
- could not fit last two plots on the same line therefore gave up quenching factors plot ... asked Thierry to look into it
- 5 pages extra, but we know limits are flexible
- missing NRL complete author list and institution address
- figures on pages 11 and 15 must be taken care of
- review the paper for final submission before april 6
