X-Y interlock stopped working today, need to investigate.

1/ login in ioc-tst-cam5:

2/ cd /reg/neh/home1/paiser/bin

3/ evr.sh EVR=TST:CAM:05:EVR

then configure EVR...

If the evr is not connected, then:

4/ sudo /reg/d/iocCommon/hosts/ioc-xrt-xcscam04/startup.cmd
