after 6.1.1 The new firmware in the Cspad2x2 has moved the integration window
about 300 microseconds closer to the run trigger.  Garth asked that
the integration window start ~5 microseconds before the FEL, so the
measured FEL was about 73900 ticks and that placed the run trigger
at 73305, or 6.15762e-4 seconds.
The acqdelay value from the configuration determines how long after the
run trigger the integration window comes. (AcqDelay * 1.024us)  It takes
6.5 microseconds after the end of acqdelay, so the integration window
starts 6.5 microseconds after the end of acqdelay.  Sven says that
acqdelay of at least 100 microseconds is necessary for the amps to
stabilize if they are being reset.
The DAQ TTL trigger must come after the run trigger and within 5e-4 of
it. Use 2.5e-4 to be safe.
