PROM device
->Assign New Configuration File
- Select

file ->Open
- PROM device now has file name instead of 'bypass'
- Right click on PROM device ->

FPGA device
->Add SPI/BPI Flash...
- Select
.mcs
file ->Open

- Ignore iMPACT Warning by clicking
