LLNL ICD Update
- Barry Fishler has a high-level ICD draft. Will be sent out for review next week.
LLE/SLAC Laser and EPICS Meeting Updates
- Tuesday LLE/SLAC Laser and EPICS Integration Meetings will be combined with Tuesday Project Controls and Data Systems Team Meetings.
- Earlier today, LLE and SLAC discussed collaboration on hardware device lists for HE-LP Laser systems. Meeting notes here.
Controls and Data Systems Meeting Updates
- Meetings will occur more frequently with greater flexibility.
- Meetings will be held weekly on Tuesdays at 1pm, and agendas will be organized prior to meeting dates. This will allow those that are not needed for agenda topics to skip unnecessary meetings as well as allow time to organize SME attendance and prepare information/documentation when needed.
- Emails will be sent out the week before meetings to gather agenda topics.
Collaboration Updates
- Collaboration efforts will be shifted primarily to SharePoint. Dynamic and Non-project specific information will be stored on google drive and confluence, however, SharePoint will be used as a common access point via links to needed documents.
Future Meeting Topics
- Vinod Gopalan Wants to understand if SLAC has a common interface/API across all devices to configure, see status, view/change setpoints, etc.
- Vinod Gopalan SLAC Coding Standards/Guidelines.
- Containerized EPICS IOC. Alex Wallace Ken Lauer
Action Items:
- Mitchell Cabral Ensure LLE and LLNL has access to SharePoint, Google Drive, and Confluence.
