"The Second Fermi Large Area Telescope Catalog of Gamma-ray Pulsars" will be was submitted to the Astrophysical Journal Supplement during the week of 8 on 7 May 2013.

We have posted the catalog at http://arxiv.org/abs/1305.4385 and will update it with the journal referees' comments.
This 'confluence' page (internal wiki for the LAT team) will be superseded by
http://fermi.gsfc.nasa.gov/ssc/data/access/lat/2nd_PSR_catalog/
hosted by the Fermi Science Support Center at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, to assure the long-term maintenance of the electronic archive. A copy of the tarball will also be available from the ApJ servers.
Archive contents
The pulsar catalog consists of a primary FITS file containing information about all 117 pulsars. In addition, there will be ancillary FITS files, one per pulsar, containing contain the lightcurve, spectrum, and timing information.These file definitions will also include Unified Content Descriptors metadata to keep the file VO-compliant. You can find the list of accepted UCD indicators here.

SED images
Only pulsars with fitstat=Y will have SED image files.
