LAC distribution and pedestal drift for LEX8 channel obtained with calibGenCal code

It would appear that the Cal trigger thresholds are unanimously biased conservative by about 20% for FHE & 30% for FLE.  It should be noted that these calibrations are based on very old LCI data.  Thankfully we will be recalibrating very soon.
