DCS and interlock for local support QC produce

Input sensor:

  1. RTD readout in the CO2 tower
  2. Humidity sensor: Vaisala DMT-143
  3. Module temperature 
    1. CAN Bus signals from MOPS chip
    2. NTC for interlock
  4. Module voltage from MOPS Chip
  5. door sensor for the QC box
  6. heart beat signal from pi (make sure pi is working properly)

Output:

  1. LV and HV for module
  2. Power relay
  3. flow control on CO2 tower

Detailed logic for DCS and Interlock are in the checklistan onboard NTC thermistor, RTD thermistors located at key points and humidity sensors. The data from all these sensors is read into the influx database which can be readout by grafana.
