A couple of connector pins on the slot side hybrid were bent when connecting the adapter board.  FM put the pins back in place and everything worked fine.

Before any of the APV's were wirebonded, HV test on the hole side of the half-module show the sensor "breaking down" at 500 V (current fluctuates between 10 uA - 100 uA). Leakage current looked OK at 400 V.  After the first set of wirebonds, the leakage current at 500 V dropped to ~80 nA and stayed at that level for duration of tests.

APV 4 on the slot side has a chipped corner. The noise and baseline look fine, however, the response of the channels on cal group 2 is ~0. It's unclear if the low response is related to the chipped corner.
