If you don't have a window open to FermiBottle, follow the instructions to start docker on your host system and attach to the FermiBottle container. Be sure to activate the Fermi analysis using "conda activate fermi" when you restart the FermiBottle container. These steps are described in the in Using FermiBottle instructions.

In the FermiBottle window

  1. Change directory to be in the make /data your working directory
  2. Make Create a directory for this tutorial in /data. Let's call it FermipyTutorial.Move fermipyTutorialData.tgz into /data/FermipyTutorial
  3. Change directory to make /data/FermipyTutorial your working directory
  4. Download and unzip the file fermipyTutorialData.tgz 

Download and unzip the tutorial file in FermiBottle

In your FermiBottle window

fermipyTutorialData.tgz, ADD LINK and save it in the your shared directory (this is the same directory on your native operating system where you typed docker start).
