The proposal below is going toward both what I consider the best, and what Tracy is experimenting for the new trying to go one step closer to TkrRecon, and one step toward future TDS classes. The common kernel tool is made a service, which is closer to its actual role. The original main algorithm (CalClustersAlg) is splitted in two actors, one for clustering, one for corrections.
