Run program for GSI beam test
Assumptions
- readout rate is to take data at 25Hz average (100Hz average rate * 1/2 duty cycle from accelerator * 1/2 duty cycle from therapy parasitic mode)
- modification to the CU gemoetry are time-consuming, so a complete program should be run for each configuration before changing it
- first complete the program with C, then move to Xe beam
