Now the digitization logs concerning the OBF data are identical.  Comparing the reconstruction logs, one notices that the merit values are not identical across the board:

We then tried using Using Luca Baldini's MeritDiffmeritDiff.py to compare the resulting merit files .(this is available in CVS users/lbaldini/MeritDiff)
