~glast/tomcat/BASE55/glastlnx08/conf/Catalina/jira/ROOT.xml |

Has definition of tomcat virtual hosts for JIRA and confluence |
Notes
JIRA sucks e-mails via pop from jira@slac.stanford.edu. This must be disabled on a test setup to stop the test server sucking up production e-mails.
Test version of JIRA must be configured to use different locations for backup, attachments, index to stop it interfering with production systems.
Nightly backup is configured under administration/services. The nightly backups could be used for testing a new version of JIRA.
