Except un-skimmed recon slcio files,  all files, before sending to tapes, were grouped into tar files.

For each category (e.g. v0_dst, Moeller_dst, etc) files from a given run are grouped into a single tar that the tar file size should not exceed 20 Gb, as soon the tar file

reaches 20 Gb limit, the file is closed and another file is created.

An example tar file name is "tar_3_hps_008094_dst.tar", here "dst" indicated this tar file contains dst category files, and  "3" is the index of the tar file.
