Known crashes of the xrootd/cmsd servers.

Problem with bad (negative) file handle from client. Fixed in server code.

Looks like the xrootd crashed twice (after one restart from ranger).
The dbx output looks similar to the one from 2008-11-06 on wain021.

There were 4 crashes within 50 min. core looks like the problem on 2008-11-06
