The login banner is attached as a zip file to this email un-zip it drop it into the folder /Library/Security. Please make sure to change the sharing and permission from the info folder to admin read and write and to everyone read only.
Then when this is done please shut down and restart your system.
It is important that modify your the files permissions since this file was made from another computer.
The file is called PolicyBanner.rtdf please do note change the naming convention.
