Thoughts or feedback from safety stand down

• Communicate stand downs to HE in the future
  • HE meetings kept existing
• There was not much structure which compromised impact
• Conduct of engineering class focused on reading the DOE policies
  • The abstract definitions are hard and stressful to interpret
  • It results in inconsistent interpretations

• Brief repeat of the situation
• Reminder for area physicists to go over check out procedures and requirements for BAS

• Restart still planned for Wednesday
• Potential issue with LBLMs
  • ~20 PMTs not performing as they are supposed to
  • "A couple" can have thresholds replaced
  • Only 10 spares on hand
  • Potential ways to change system to allow operation
  • May cause delays
• Sebastian needs to make on call lists
  • Will send out requests for schedule information
• Restart activities
  • We need to characterize CM01 before first thing
  • Gun has 1-1.5 days of program during which we can bring on the rest of the SC linac and solve issues

• JLab is looking for people to help with testing
• James has a spread sheet

• looking for 2 or 3 person weeks per cryomodule
• First week of testing likely not useful due to delays
• Mike Drury is point of contact for testing
• Need full JLab access + training to get to test area (DOE badge isn't sufficient)
  • James will contact Mike about getting new people access
