AD125 → put your name on the wait list. Everyone needs to take it, but all the sessions are full. We'll see what happens.

If the training goes 'overdue' it won't have a personal impact on you (but it looks bad for SLAC statistics).

JLab emailed that they will start the cool down of a CM (J-24). Cool down will be as soon as next Monday.

JLab is asking for people to come out and help.

• Looking for people weeks of Jan 22nd, Jan 29th, Feb 5th
• Two people during the same week for one week, or two people for adjacent weeks.
• Restarting LCLS-SC week of Jan 22nd (limited availability)
• We probably don't want to send many people on 29th either due to LCLS-SC restart

Lisa and Ryan might be available to go the week of Feb 5th.
