Instead of moving the noric alias from the rhel5-32 pool to the rhel6-64 pool (as mentioned in these slides and announced to comp-change), it was suggested that the ancient alias simply be removed (like we plan to remove the yakut alias), in the name of reduced confusion and to avoid mysterious errors. There seemed to be consensus on this recommendation.
Also, it was suggested that we could have a 'use-not' shell for noric/yakut which reminds users to use the following pool names instead of noric/yakut: rhel5-32 rhel5-64 rhel6-32 rhel6-64
