1. you can now tag and rtag a package from the command line
2. you can now run an application constituent from the command line (with an automatic source setup before)
3. in the GUI I introduced back the tagging panel .. it is more or less the old one we have in MRvcmt, with some minor changes ..
These features have been tested on my local box, not sure 100% they are bug free .. anycase I'm continuing this week to work on the GUI to introduce back some other nifty features and will continue to test ..
on the linux side I'm still digging in Joanne reported problems, I'm pretty sure I'm near a solution (but I told the same one month ago and it was not true) ..
